I am Glenda the Good and I am excited you have landed on my website. After over 20 years of experiencing my own journey in pain and recovery; I made the decision to support others through the healing of massage therapy. I suffered through several automobile accidents, herniated, and degenerative discs in my lower back, sciatic pain, nerve pain and concussions. Multiple injuries eventually led me into a state of constant pain and a lifestyle that was unhealthy and unproductive. I know that with the right doctors, lifestyle changes and the healing art and science of massage therapy you can recover. I have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I have had the privilege of working with some of the top physicians at University of Colorado Hospital as well as the amazing Children's Hospital Colorado. I obtained my license in massage therapy in June of 2019. Specializing in Cranial Sacral, Therapeutic, Swedish, Pre-natal, Lymphatic Drainage, sports injuries, and surgery pre and post operative work . My philosophy is client driven bodywork with YOU at the center and I will work with you to create a customized client experience. I am a Colorado native, a wife, and mom. I love sports, dancing, movies, concerts, fitness, camping, spending time with my family, teaching, and playing with my always energetic cat.

Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
Lymphatic Massage not only alleviates swelling, helps viscerally with organs it can help with your immune system as well. If you're feeling sluggish, puffy, have had surgery, this massage is incredibly light and relaxing.
For any student 12 years or older. If client is minor an adult must be present in the room during the entire session .
